Summer Office Hours
School Office Hours for the summer are as follows:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 2:30 pm
Fridays 8:00 am - 12:00 noon
Information for the 2017-18 school year will be forthcoming, and will include how to sign up for your student's account. This information is usually available closer to the start of the school year, but for now you can reference the Diocesan Child Nutrition Program website to get some general information for planning purposes.
Extended Day Program / Registration
Please register by August 1st to avoid a late registration fee.
Students in grades 3rd through 8th
Students being picked up at the end of the school day in church carpool (grades 3rd - 8th) will once again utilize carpool numbers for the 2017-18 school year. Carpool numbers should be displayed in the front windshield when picking up your child at the end of the school day. *If you would like to purchase additional carpool decals, please contact Ashley Umberger by July 7th. Each additional decal costs $5.00. (Note: new families to Mercy will receive two complimentary decals prior to the start of the school year).
