Guidance
Our Lady of Mercy has a Full time Guidance Counselor who with the Administration coordinates the Student Success Team meetings. Our counselor also advises parents, individual students, small groups, and classrooms on academic or social concerns. The Guidance Counselor also coordinates the Duke Talent Identification Program (TIP) for students in grade 4 and 7.
